Anna Litvina is a recognised expert in the field of executive search and leadership assessment and development. Anna has a background in psychology and HR management (with honours), having studied both in Latvia and at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. In a career spanning more than eleven years, Anna has assessed more than 300 senior leaders. Over the last five years, Anna has also participated in more than fifty senior management, board and supervisory recruitment projects. Joined Fontes team in April 2018. She holds a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specialising in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from RISEBA University. During the Master’s studies, practical experience in recruitment was gained at Tet as a trainee in the HR department.
