Coaching takes the form of sessions with a specialist who guides the client through an independent decision-making process, helping them to identify the most appropriate strategies for achieving their goals, and unleashing their will to act.
A coach’s strength is an outside perspective that helps the client to see his or her own potential and areas for development. By asking probing and direct questions, the coach draws the client’s attention to preconceptions and stubborn beliefs that are obstacles to personal growth and goal achievement.
Meetings with a coach take place online or in person.
