- There is no publicly available information of a negative nature about the candidate which could indicate a possible connection with the embezzlement of funds and property or other mismanagement
- the candidate has not been a member of the management board or the supervisory board of a company which has been declared insolvent at the time of the candidate's appointment
- the candidate has not been a member of the Management Board or Supervisory Board of a capital company which is or has been the subject of a criminal investigation relating to the economic activities of the capital company
- The candidate has so far acted transparently, openly and responsively (e.g. by not providing misleading information) in his/her dealings with the shareholder representative
- Information on the candidate's previous personal or business activities in public limited liability companies or state or municipal bodies
- The person is not engaged in business activities that are not transparent and explainable (including AML risks), thereby exposing the person to reputational risks
- Other circumstances giving reason to doubt that the candidate has not performed his/her duties as a member of the management board or the supervisory board of a limited liability company in a good and diligent stewardship
- The candidate has not publicly expressed a negative opinion about the industry or the company
- Candidate has no identified political affiliation (no political party membership fees, no donations to political parties
- The candidate is not a politically exposed person or on the list of persons at risk
