Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Strengthen brand-customer relationships and enhance corporate visibility across different channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on campaign planning and execution.
- Drive customer loyalty through events, seminars, and client initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Lead, support, and mentor a small marketing team.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B field.
- Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Strategic, proactive, and critical thinker with strong execution skills.
- Fluency in Latvian and English; confident user of MS Office tools.
