We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Galleria Riga.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the Galleria Riga brand, ensuring effective communication tailored to the goals and target audience.
- Create and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
- Build friendly, open, and respectful relationships with Galleria Riga tenants and other stakeholders.
- Establish strong and productive partnerships with creative, design, media, PR, and other agencies.
- Plan and manage communication and advertising campaigns, analyze the results.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute content creation for the company’s digital channels that aligns with the target audience.
- Conduct market, audience, and trend research, draw conclusions, flexibly adjust existing ideas or develop new ones to improve current products and services.
- Collaborate actively with other departments to implement cross-disciplinary projects.
Candidate requirements:
- Education: Higher education in marketing, communication, or business management.
- Language skills: Excellent Latvian and English proficiency.
- Work experience: At least 3 years of previous experience in marketing and/or public relations, with practical experience in implementing marketing communication and brand management.
- Understanding of financial planning and budget management, with the ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
- Ability to react quickly to unusual situations and find constructive and appropriate solutions.
- Ability to take responsibility and make independent decisions within your area of expertise, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
