At the moment PERI is looking for addition to its team in Latvia:


Main responsibilities:

  • The subsidiary’s P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and budget
  • Implementation of local strategic initiatives aligned with Group / Market Unit strategy
  • Operational control of the subsidiary
  • High priority on all sales-generating activities
  • Developing and maintaining the relationships with key clients and key stakeholders
  • Define needs for new products / services / business models
  • Define and implement a product portfolio strategy for the region

Desired experience and skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant management experience in an operative, P&L responsible unit, ideally as Managing Director
  • In a high degree, strategically and sales oriented
  • Excellent technical understanding and project management experience; good understanding of customer needs and negotiation
  • Very good understanding of economic correlations
  • Distinct management and leadership skills
  • Problem solving and strengths in realization/execution of decisions
  • Language skills: full working proficiency in English and Latvian
  • Education: University Degree, ideally in Engineering
