Jungent Latvia  team is currently looking for a

Key Account and Brand Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day work involves cooperation with clients and the producer
  • Deliver quarterly customer plans within agreed sales plan
  • Sales analysis
  • Forecasting of sales (both monetary and quantity)
  • Assure good distribution for brands and TOP SKU-s, monitor distribution development
  • Brand development and increasing sales and share of market
  • Manage client relationships, both via email/phone and face-to-face meetings and workshops
  • Collaboration with brand producer
  • Monitoring and analyzing market share for brands, monitoring market trends, competitor actions/trends
  • Promo and assortment planning and implementation
  • Solving problems related to clients
  • Actively seek increased distribution and new prospects

Desired experience and skills:

  • Solid Key account manager experience (5+ years)
  • Experience and knowledge of brand management
  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent English and Latvian, both written and spoken
  • A self-driven and result oriented personality
  • Positive attitude working with clients
  • Strong communications, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to handle complicated customer related issues
