The company has a supportive and friendly culture, allowing you to develop your skills and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the <strong>Galleria Riga<\/strong> brand, ensuring effective communication tailored to the goals and target audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build friendly, open, and respectful relationships with <strong>Galleria Riga<\/strong> tenants and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish strong and productive partnerships with creative, design, media, PR, and other agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and manage communication and advertising campaigns, analyze the results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute content creation for the company&#8217;s digital channels that aligns with the target audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market, audience, and trend research, draw conclusions, flexibly adjust existing ideas or develop new ones to improve current products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate actively with other departments to implement cross-disciplinary projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: Higher education in marketing, communication, or business management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language skills<\/strong>: Excellent Latvian and English proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work experience<\/strong>: At least 3 years of previous experience in marketing and\/or public relations, with practical experience in implementing marketing communication and brand management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of financial planning and budget management, with the ability to plan and manage resources effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to react quickly to unusual situations and find constructive and appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take responsibility and make independent decisions within your area of expertise, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The company offers:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A salary of <strong>EUR 3470 gross<\/strong> per month (depending on the candidate&#8217;s qualifications and experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance, a company phone, and paid phone bills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interesting and challenging work in an international company, with the opportunity to implement your own initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in a professional and friendly team in a comfortable office, including team-building events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fontes.lv\/marketinga-vaditajs-a\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"45692\">Apply\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Galleria Riga is a modern, multifunctional shopping center in Riga that offers a wide range of shopping and services, conveniently located at Dzirnavu Street 67 in the heart of the city.
