Sales Director Baltics

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Driving the business development and strategy process;
• Overall responsibility for sales budget performance, budgeting process;
• Long term client relationship management in Baltics; 
• Leading multicultural sales team in the Baltics;
• Leveraging and maximizing sales potential by optimizing Baltics production capacity and planning along with Baltics Operations Department; 
• Active participation in tenders, pricing strategy;
• Securing the order intake and interaction with the customers together with local sales teams;
• Reporting and cooperation with the Group.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;
• An excellent 5 years in a similar position in the production industry with turn-key solutions;
• Ability to make decisions and goal-oriented personality;
• Good communication and work organizational skills; 
• Very good working knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian or Estonian, Lithuanian languages.
