CEO / MEMBER OF THE BOARD (Latvia)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, define company’s operational policy and strategy
  • Act as company’s number one salesman and representative with partners and clients
  • Provide inspired leadership to the team and model a supportive, cohesive company culture
  • Work closely with HR to ensure optimal recruitment
  • Oversee company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing
  • Assure legal and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with members of executive management team and board to plan short-, mid- and long-term goals
  • Identify and address risks, leverage opportunities to ensure business growth
  • Report to Group board

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years executive managerial and personnel management experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, people-orientated communication approach
  • Strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to create a happy, inspired and performance-oriented environment
  • Fluency in Latvian, English and Russian languages
  • Experience in logistics, wholesale and supply chain management is an advantage
  • Experience with LEAN is an advantage

REMUNERATION:

  • Salary from 6000 brutto, with bonuses depending on performance
  • Health insurance, travel insurance for business trips
