Country/Sales manager Latvia
Responsibilities:
- Grow our sales portfolio in the industrial; segment, primarily agro-industry;
- Establish our Latvian operation by growing our B2B business;
- Project management -starting from sales offer and ending with a turn-key solution for our clients;
- Preparing economically feasible tailor-made sales offers for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales and project management;
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, ability to deliver results, make decisions and meet customer’s expectations;
- Self-driven and goal-oriented personality with the ability to work independently;
- Reasonable analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation;
- Understanding of end-to-end industrial design and construction processes;
- Knowledge of Latvian building and designing norms (preferably in steel constructions and fire safety);
- University degree (in engineering, construction, or likewise);
- Fluent Latvian and Russian, good English;
- Driving license B category.
